Yeah that’s this granola.
This granola includes chia seeds, oats, and coconut!
I was honestly craving a smoothie bowl, but had no granola. THUS this granola was born!! I also put it in a really cute jar for the proper aesthetic. I had something else in this jar, but I just dumped it out so the pictures could be cute.
I enjoy this granola on top of smoothie bowls or even in a smoothie for a crunchy texture. I know you’re probably bored already so let’s get into it!
1. 3 cups of rolled oats
2. 1/3 cup coconut oil
3. 2/3 cups honey
4. 1 Tbsp cinnamon
5. 1/2 cup chia seeds
6. 1 cup of coconut flakes.
7. 1/4 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 300. On a flat baking sheet place a silicone pad.
2. On the baking sheet combine oats, salt, chia seeds, cinnamon, and coconut flakes. Set aside.
3. In a sauce pan combine honey and coconut oil. Let melt on medium heat. 2-3 minutes.
4. Combine with oat mixture. Bake in oven for 30 minutes tossing halfway through. Once done let sit on rope of oven for 20 minutes. Break apart and enjoy!
